How TrackFilings presents Form 4 activity

TrackFilings uses SEC Form 4 filings as its source data. We normalize companies, reporting insiders, filing times and reported transactions, then group recent activity by company.

Company and insider pages add deterministic SEC-derived context, including filing history, transaction size, ownership details, time since previous purchases, repeated buying and activity involving multiple insiders.

Transaction prices and disclosed values come from the Form 4. The public product does not use external market-price data.

Review the linked SEC filing for the underlying evidence. Filing data can be incomplete, amended or subject to mapping and reporting caveats.
