Privacy at TrackFilings
The public product sends limited, first-party product analytics when pages are viewed or users interact with supported features. This can include the page path, referring page, device category, event type and the small amount of event context needed for product measurement.
Analytics also uses a random session identifier held only in the browser's memory for the current page session. TrackFilings does not create, read or persist an anonymous identifier in local storage or a cookie. Analytics events are stored in a separate operational SQLite database and are used for aggregate product measurement.
Some restricted administrative or editorial areas may use a server-side session cookie for access control. That cookie is not required for the public product. SEC filing links open third-party pages governed by their own privacy practices.
